This website presents furnished rooms in shared homes operated by Riva Living in Switzerland. It is informational: nothing on it is a binding offer, and a room is only reserved once a written agreement is signed and the deposit is received.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Swiss francs per month and include the utilities stated on each listing. Availability changes often; we update it as quickly as we can but cannot guarantee a listed room is still free at the moment you read it.
Photographs
The photographs show the actual rooms and common areas. Furnishings and finishes may change between tenancies, so the room you view is what counts.
Your enquiry
Send accurate details, and do not use the enquiry form to send unsolicited commercial messages. We may decline or stop responding to enquiries that abuse it.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or interruptions. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swiss law.

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland.
